Packed Lunches are available, please let us know the night before so that we can bake the bread overnight. Cost: sandwich approx. £2.50 and full packed lunch £5. Alternatively there is the village shop.
Forgotten essential toiletries? A mini-chest of toiletries and small items you may have forgotten is available on the landing.

We have off-road parking for two vehicles available during guests stay.

Guest Washing & Drying Facilities
Our outside facilities include a drying room for wet clothes & boots, toilet, external hose and boot cleaning area, a washing line and small lawn and garden with seating. Use of washing machine & dryer for guests staying longer is available at reasonable cost.

Evening meal options
Two Public Houses in St Dogmaels serve food. Booking a table is advisable.
The Ferry Inn (just across the road 01239 615172) is regarded as providing above average meals and has menus for special dietary requirements.
Within 10-15 minutes walk, the White Hart 01239 612099 has a good reputation for its fresh fish (closed Mondays).
There is an excellent Fish & Chip shop for lunches and evening meals.
Our breakfast/dining room is available for you to enjoy your takeaway.
If you arrive early
The Ferry Inn over the road is welcoming and has lovely views over the river.

All rooms have linked smoke detectors and the stairs have mains linked emergency lighting. All doors are 30 minute Fire Doors with Briton closers and intumescent smoke strips. There is a fire extinguisher on each landing and at the bottom of the stairs.

Guests are able to check-in and register between 4:00 pm and 7pm. Please make prior arrangements with us for arrival outside these hours
as your rooms may not be ready or we may be out.
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10:15 am on their day of departure (so we have adequate time to clean rooms for our next guests).
No Smoking Policy
For peace of mind, Argo Villa has mains wired fire alarm system installed and has a 'no smoking' policy to comply with legal & insurance requirements.
We reserve the right to terminate a booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach in this condition.
Peace and Quiet Policy
Argo Villa is a TV free environment. Radios are provided.
We try to recycle and/or compost waste wherever possible
Authority to make a Booking
The person making a booking certifies that he/she is authorised to agree the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons included in the booking
The person making the booking must be 18 years of age or over.
A £30 non-returnable deposit cheque made payable to 'Argo Villa' is required to confirm the booking.
Any refund will be by cheque payable to the person making the booking and sent to the address given at time of booking.
Payment of Outstanding Balance
An Invoice will be provided for every stay
Guests are requested to pay the balance of their Bill on the evening before they check out
If you need to use a cash point, we can provided a lift if there is no public transport available
Guests Obligations are
To take all reasonable and proper care of the property
To pay for any breakage, losses or damage to the property before departure
To be responsible for any additional/unusual cleaning costs incurred by Argo Villa B&B as a result of their stay
To return keys at time of departure from property
Maximum number of persons
To comply with fire regulations, the number of persons booked into a room must not be exceeded. We reserve the right to terminate a booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach in this condition. Guests will be required to pay the full tariff for any additional occupancy of the rooms.
