Argo Villa Rooms, Tariff & Terms and Conditions

Room Details
* Argo Villa offers 4 star accommodation for up to 6 persons.
* The king-size, the twin bedded and the double bed room are each equipped with quality beds and mattresses.
* Rooms have modern en-suites.
* Rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities.

Room Dimensions

Bed and Breakfast Tariff 2008 (in £ Sterling per night, dates inclusive)

Please note that:
* For July and August single occupancy may not be pre-booked more than 14 days in advance.
* We may offer discounts for longer stays during off-peak periods, please call to discuss the details.
* Subject to availability and/or by arrangement with Argo Villa:
      Twin/King rooms - travel cot / child under 2 yrs old @ £5/night
      Twin/King rooms - additional single bed for/or child aged under 14 yrs @ £15/night inclusive of breakfast
* Children aged 14 and over are charged full adult rate.
* A packed lunch ordered for the following day is charged @ £4.00/person.
* Luggage transfer is available and a charge is made dependent on distance travelled.

Terms and Conditions

Checking In Time
* Guests are normally able to check-in/register between 4pm and 10pm. Check-in outside these hours is available by prior    arrangement.

Checking Out Time
* Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10:30 am on their day of departure. This is so that cleaning etc can    commence and the rooms made available for the next visitors.

No Smoking Policy
* For everybody's peace of mind, Argo Villa has installed a wired mains electric fire alarm system and has a 'no smoking'    requirement within the property to comply with legal requirements.
* We reserve the right to terminate a booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach in this condition.
* If this situation occurs, the guests will be required to pay the tariff for the full booking.

Peace and Quiet Policy
* Argo Villa has a 'peace and quiet' policy.
* Consequently, there are no television sets in guestrooms.
* Digital radios are provided in the King and the Twin rooms and guests are requested to respect others need for peace    and quiet.
* A selection of books is available for reading during your stay if you so wish.

Environmental Policy
* Used towels will be changed at least every 3 days and bed linen after 4 nights stay (more often if necessary). Guests    may request increasing these intervals to reduce their environmental footprint.
* Argo Villa endeavours to recycle and/or compost waste wherever possible.
* Argo Villa considers the use of individual soaps and bottled shampoos etc is environmentally unsustainable, a wasteful    practice and an unnecessary discard to landfill.
* Consequently, refillable liquid soap and shower gel dispensers are provided as an alternative in en-suites.
* These dispensers are included in the antibacterial wipe clean whenever rooms are prepared for new guests.

Authority to make a Booking
* The person making a booking or signing a booking form certifies that he/she is authorised to agree the Booking    Conditions on behalf of all persons included in the booking.
* The person making the booking must be 18 years of age or over. Booking cannot be accepted from young persons under 18 years of age.

Deposit Payment
* A 50% deposit by cheque made payable to Argo Villa is required prior to confirmation of the booking.
* In the event of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable unless the rooms are re-let when a cancellation charge of    only 10% will be made.
* Any refund will be returned as a cheque made out to the name of the person making the booking and will be sent to the    address given at time of booking.

Payment of Outstanding Balance
* The balance to be paid (including for any additional facilities provided, etc) is required on the morning of checkout    and an Invoice/Receipt for the outstanding amount will be provided to the guest.
* Argo Villa reserves the right to require that any outstanding balance is paid in cash sterling on the day before    departure. In which case, transport to a Cardigan bank or cash point machine may be provided to facilitate this if there    is no public transport available.

Guests Obligations
* To pay for any breakage, losses or damage to the property before departure. To take all reasonable and proper care    of the property.
* To be responsible for any additional/unusual cleaning costs incurred by Argo Villa as a result of their stay.

Maximum number of persons
* To comply with fire regulations, the number of persons booked into any room must not be exceeded.
* We reserve the right to terminate a booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach in this condition. If    this situation occurs, the guests will be required to pay the tariff for the full booking.

Maximum Stay
* The maximum stay available is 14 nights unless a longer period has been agreed with Argo Villa at the time of booking.
