There is a bus service to Cardigan and in season there is also a Walkers Coast Path bus service that connects Fishguard with villages along the length of the Coast path. The Poppit Rocket section runs of the coast path service running between Newport and Cardigan passes Argo Villa. You can ask the driver to be dropped off at the 'blue house' opposite the Ferry Inn in St. Dogmaels.
